Needles will be applied to the lower arms, lower legs, head or ears ( no need to undress).

Acupuncture can: address areas of pain or tightness; relieve stress, anxiety, brain fog; address issues of digestion, menstruation, bladder issues, etc.

Can be combined with Reflexology or used alone.
